Jennifer Stiff

Jennifer Stiff’s practice focuses on school law and general employment law matters, including, criminal records check issues, public records and meetings, employment discrimination, ethics, and special education issues. Ms. Stiff has represented school districts in proceedings before administrative agencies such as the State Employment Relations Board, Ohio Civil Rights Commission and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

 

Ms. Stiff graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Specialization in Business-Law. She received her juris doctorate, magna cum laude, from the University of Toledo in 2006. While at Toledo, Ms. Stiff was a Note and Comment Editor for The University of Toledo Law Review and inducted into the Order of the Coif.  Her professional memberships include the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.
