Mr. Howenstein is a 1991 graduate of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He has successfully represented the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, the Industrial Commission of Ohio, State fund and self-insuring employers in trial and appellate workers’ compensation litigation throughout Ohio for the last fourteen years. He has argued over two dozen cases to the Ohio Supreme Court and taken eighteen trials to verdict prevailing in seventeen. He has extensive administrative hearing experience before the Industrial Commission and has favorably represented clients in arbitration and unemployment compensation hearings.
